Life is busy and exciting. My energy level tends to be very high and I try to put that into everything I do. The above is a philosophy that was shared over 10 years ago by a great teacher. It is pretty amazing to reflect on that time and realize I may not have totally understood what it was he was trying to get across, but in the end it stuck with me and is the driving force behind everything I do, without even knowing it.
